User Admin

Administrators have complete control of user rights via standard role and screen restriction selections

Data Admin

Bill of Material and AVL’s are easily validated then uploaded into INOKIT using standard templates

 

User data is exported easily using CSV or Excel files or even delivered directly to an FTP site

INOKIT manages all of your customer data including contact information, terms, freight, and multiple delivery addresses.

Production Activity Control

Production demand is managed by customer, number, quantity and promise date, driving all production activities as virtual “Kits” within INOKIT

 

The “load line” directs the operator from which INOCART location to pull the material and presents the recommended feeder to load. RoHS status of the package is considered

 

INOKIT directs operators to consume partial packages (reels/tubes) first before allowing the use of full packages. INOKIT minimizes inventory inaccuracies by eliminating the build up of partial packages in inventory

 

The “unload line” recommends the next kit to run based on commonality of components already loaded

INOKIT presents real-time actionable Business Intelligence allowing effective decision making for production exceptions

 

Kit Status can be run company wide, for a customer, a “Kit”, multiple “Kits” or on bill of materials.

 

Kit Status can be run for a variety of time buckets so the presentation of data can almost be limitless

 

You can perform “what if” scenarios based on raw or excess materials to see how many additional units can be built based on inventory availability

 

Kit Status is used to drive purchasing decisions; it identifies inventory shortages, OK, or have excess materials.

 

Drill downs through out the system allow for understanding of the underlying factors.

Inventory Control

Receiving personnel loads/scans components directly in INOCART. Material is controlled and secure until needed

 

Item audit features allow inventory movements to be traced and evaluated. Audit functionality allows you to review component cost history.

 

Inventory view functionality allows you to review stock on hand by individual package or as a roll up. Inventory view identifies whether the package is full or partial as well as its RoHS compliance status.
