INOCART is an electronic component material handling solution that allows each package type to be stored in a secure controlled manner, whether that be: reels, tubes, waffle trays, mechanical devises or even small printed circuit boards.

Each individual package is given its own unique bar-coded location, which is the basis for managing on hand inventory, working hand in hand with the included INOCART software.

INOCART is mobile point of use component storage system; capable of locating wherever material is needed throughout the production plant.

INOCART-3BAY has a maximum storage capacity of over 1200 component packages all in distinct locations.

INOCART-2BAY has a maximum storage capacity of over 800 component packages all in distinct locations.

INOCART-1BAY is custom configurable to suit your needs.

The included INOCART software is simple to use and provides numerous inventory-tracking benefits in addition to part number and quantity. The software allows you to identify RoHS compliance status per individual package as well as vendor or customer consignment status.

To add inventory to your INOCART users simply scan an INOCART bin, then component part number, inventory description, and inventory quantity. You can also identify package status (partial/full), RoHS compliance status (compliant/non-compliant) or vendor consignment status (consigned/not consigned) if so desired.

The software also features print label functionality which allows the user to print a bar-coded label to apply to the reel, tube, tray, etc.

The displayed information is controlled by filtering the fields you want to review, once the data is displayed you can print out a report or export the information into Excel.

A single concurrent user license is free with each INOCART purchased. The software is web based so you can access your data from anywhere you have a connection to the internet.

The INOCART software is easily upgradeable to INOKIT, which controls inventory from receiving through your SMT or manual lines.
